It’s great to have the chance, to have the whole environment to use. There’s so much time to meditate, so you can experience a lot, like try different methods, try different stuff in your meditation. So, it’s, I really like the meditations. I became more gentle with myself I don’t force. Sometimes you hear what the other people or other monks can do, so you try to, wow, you want to see the past or something special, so I understood, I have to be gentle with myself, because normally I force myself, because I am really a perfectionist, I want it, have it now right now. So its okay I really try not to focus on the meditation, only when we close our eyes. I try to really do more mediation when I eat, when I speak with people. All the time, not in sitting meditation itself, I try to be mindfull.
